Brandon is a seasoned talent acquisition (TA) professional with 15 years of experience in the field. He has had the privilege of working with prominent companies such as Netflix, Facebook, Amazon, Tesla, Enjoy, and Gong, where he honed his expertise in sourcing, hiring strategies.
After leading TA teams several successful start-ups, he founded Noble Talent, a TA Strategy and Operations consulting business focused on helping early to mid-stage companies achieve their TA goals.
Brandon specializes in establishing inclusive hiring strategies, optimizing processes and systems, training, employer branding, and coaching.
Robert Correia, Talent Operations Consultant
Before Noble Talent, Robert served as the Global Talent Operations Lead at Enjoy Technology where he played a pivotal role in streamlining recruitment processes. With an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights, Robert supported their growth from 100 to 3,000 employees globally.
During his tenure at Apple, he successfully lead operations teams where he developed a strong foundation of process optimization, documentation, and training.
Having served as a high-volume and corporate recruiter, Robert leverages his deep understanding of workflows and challenges to implement processes that are easily-adopted by all stakeholders. His focus on alignment, user experience, and data are key to helping organizations achieve their TA goals.
